Returns

Frozen pork products cannot be returned once they have been delivered and accepted, unless the products are damaged, defective, or do not match the confirmed order specifications.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
